Please note:

  • All sales are final.  No refunds will be given for any reason.
  • Wristbands must be displayed each time you enter the venue
  • All spectators are required to wear their wristbands at all times in the court area to prevent the roving security from questioning them.
  • Wristbands must be worn on the wrist.  Wristbands on purses or backpacks will not be recognized.
  • Lost, forgotten or stolen wristbands must be re-purchased.  We do not replace weekend passes because you cut the wristband off or because you put it on too loose and it fell off.
  • Children 6 and under are free.  They do not require a wristband.
  • Please note that a receipt or QR code indicating that you ordered a wristband for a wristband that has already been redeemed is not sufficient proof to replace your wristband.  To reiterate, your wristband is the same as your physical ticket to enter the venue.  Once it is given to you, it is your responsibility to take care of it.

Coaches & Players:

At team check-in each team will be given wristbands for rostered players and up to 3 unique, rostered coaching staff.

Players

Players will need to wear/show their wristbands to gain entrance to the court area. Player wristbands will be easily removeable and we suggest keeping them on or near their backpacks or water bottles.

Players who wish to enter the venue prior to the date/time their team plays are encouraged to contact their coach to make arrangements to pick-up their player wristband from them early.  NLQ staff will not give out extra player wristbands to allow you to enter early just because you haven’t picked up your wristband from your coach.

Coaches

This year in order to comply with new SafeSport requirements, all coaches are going to get a special-colored wristband (meaning, not the same color as spectators):

  • In order to be on a team bench, a coach must have the special-colored wristband.
  • The wristband must be worn at all times on the coach’s wrist and may not be removed for the duration of the event.
  • The wristband must be visible to the referee and worn on the coach’s wrist.
  • The wristband must be a coach’s color wristband (not a spectator wristband).
  • The wristband cannot be attached to a bag or purse, or carried in a pocket or bag.

Any spectator who is not SafeSport Certified and Background checked, and is found wearing a coach wristband will be expelled from the facility and also jeopardize their team’s continued participation in the event.
