This event is for girls 12U or 14U where teams will play 2 back-to-back matches per date. Play can begin as early as 7:30am or as late as 7:30pm. It will be held on September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 24, 2020 at the Midwest Volleyball Warehouse. The entry deadline is August 30, 2020. The total cost is $450.

No refunds or credits shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, or circumstances out of our control.

Registration:

All registration is done online at www.TM2sign.com.  Please click here for registration instructions. There are no refunds for cancellations on or after August 30. Prior to August 30, a $50 penalty will apply.

Weekly Schedules:

Weekly team competition schedules will be available on www.TM2sign.com.  Our goal is to have the next weekend’s schedule posted by Tuesday evening at the latest.

COVID-19 Information:

All players on all teams must fill out a Participant Release of Liability Form. In addition to this, a Communicable Disease Release of Liability Form must also be filled out by all players..

We ask that all liability forms be turned in by team or by club (not individually).  Your stack of forms must be properly identified by team or club and we ask that they be turned in BEFORE the first date of the Fall League.  This is especially critical this year so that our staff who will be working to assure everyone’s health and safety during the league doesn’t have to track down your team, coach or club director to get your forms.

Liability forms can be:

  • Scanned and e-mailed
  • Sent via US Mail
  • Dropped off in our office

Under the current State of Minnesota Reopening Plan (and other COVID-19 restrictions), we currently cannot allow any spectators into the building for the Fall League.  Therefore, there is no admission charge planned.  Only players, coaches, officials, and any staff needed to run the League will be permitted in the building.  This is being mandated by the state and Northern Lights will monitor the situation to see if this can change at any point.  If it does change, admission will then be charged for spectators and there is the possibility that a small refund of registration money may be considered for the teams who participate.

Other COVID-19 precautions:

  • Masks shall be worn in any non-court area of the building including the lobby, mezzanine, offices, and concrete area next to the courts by everyone in the building (players, coaches, referees, management, etc.)  Once on the courts, masks may be removed by players only.
  • Social distancing should be attempted wherever possible.
  • Frequent use of hand sanitizer is asked by everyone present.
  • Water fountains will be turned off; bottle fillers remain on.
  • We ask any individual (player, coach, official, etc.) to not attend Fall League if they have experienced a positive COVID-19 test or are actively showing symptoms of COVID-19.  We ask the same if there has been a known exposure to an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 or is actively showing symptoms.
  • Any other precaution as noted in the plan linked at the top of this page
