If a team voluntarily elects not to attend the event due to health concerns, there will be no refund granted.

DROPPING OUT DUE TO COVID-19:

We understand that the COVID situation may force some teams to drop out of the event due to local governmental regulations.  Here are the rules which we will follow for those drops.

Any team that has registered and paid for this event, has until December 30th to decide if they will be attending the tournament, or not attending the tournament and wishing to withdraw with a full entry fee refund.  If your team wishes to withdraw you need to send us an email by December 30th and tell us which team or teams should be removed and refunded.   We will then cancel your team, issue a refund, and an automatic email confirming this will be sent to the email address which is listed in your TM2sign account.   No response is required if you are not withdrawing from the tournament.

After December 30th, there will be no refunds issued to a team which withdraws due to their current local governmental Covid regulations (which may get extended), or withdraws due to other non-COVID related issues.

Any team unable to attend due to a governmental restriction on travel or gathering (unable to practice) that is put into effect on or after December 30th, will receive a full entry fee refund provided they notify us within 24 hours of that governmental restriction being put in place.

Any team unable to attend due to COVID positive tested personnel on their team on or after January 15 will receive a full entry fee refund provided they notify us within 24 hours of the positive test results and provide proof of that test result.
