This is a one-day event for all divisions.
In the past, we have condensed the tournament to one day only. If this happens in 2024, that day will be May 11.

General Information:
*Winning teams in age divisions with 12 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships or the West Coast Championships in Las Vegas, NV. In divisions with less than 12 teams, the entry to AAU Nationals will be discounted. All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline. The National and West Coast Championships are open to any team, no qualifying required. For complete rules and guidelines for Super Regional or Grand Prix events, please visit www.aauvolleyball.org.
Registration:
Registration requires a $200 deposit**.
** Deposit will be returned upon completion of all of the team’s play and officiating responsibilities if spectator admission is allowed. If for any reason, we are able to host this tournament, but not allow spectators, the $200 deposit will be retained to help cover the costs of the tournament.
Registration opens October 9, 2023 at 8:00am.
Cancellation/Refunds:
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for accepted teams who do not participate.
Accepted teams who pay their $200 deposit and complete all play and officiating duties for the event, will receive a refund provided spectators are allowed during the event. The refunds are mailed back to the address on file in the team/club’s account after the tournament.
Teams may request a refund at any time before acceptance (including while on the wait list).

Northern Lights is proud to continue its tradition of providing Allina Health Orthopedics athletic trainers at events held at the Midwest Volleyball Warehouse. The trainers will be able to provide taping services, ice, and emergency injury evaluation. This has always been great benefit to the players and one which is becoming more important as the athletes play at higher levels.
Admission:
$8 for adults
$5 for seniors (ages 65+) and students (ages 6-18)
Kids 5 & under are free
Additional Information:
Officials will be provided.
Warm-up balls are provided.

AAU Membership Guidelines:
This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.· All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable). A roster is required to participate.
Visit www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required). Membership is not included in the event entry fee. BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event. Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.
