| Two seasons at Northern Light as a positional coach working with middles in the 14 - 15 age groups. One season as assistant coach on 15-2. |
| One season as assistant coach and one season as head coach at Armstrong High School. |

Playing Bio: |
| I began playing volleyball in my mid 30's. I have been a middle blocker my entire career. |
| I have been fortunate in that I have been able to learn the game from some great players here locally and also from across the country and even around the world. |
| For the past 20 years I've competed at USA Adult Nationals annually with a variety of teams and I've collected quite a few gold and silver medals in the age groups. |
| Through my involvement with the age groups and USA Volleyball I've been able to play volleyball in different parts of the world including Greece, Italy, New Zealand and Portugal. |

Education: |
| I graduated from St Louis Park High School in 1980. |
| I attended Northwestern College in Roseville, MN where I studied commercial art and played basketball. |
|
|
Personal Bio: |
| Juliana, my wife, and I have 2 kids. Sofie, our oldest, loves volleyball and currently plays at Northern Lights in the 18's. Mikey, our youngest, says he'll start playing volleyball as soon as I am his coach. |
| I own two businesses that I run out of a single location in Becker, MN. |
| When I'm not working, or playing or coaching volleyball I love to go boating with my family and I also enjoy working on home improvement projects at our home in Golden Valley. |

Favorite Volleyball Moment: |
| In 2012 in Salt Lake City I was voted the MVP in the 50 and over division and we also won the gold medal. In 2017 I played in the 45 and over division, we won the gold medal and the setter for our team was USA Olympic Gold Medal winner and volleyball legend, Lloy Ball. |
