| Coaching Bio: |
| | I have been coaching volleyball since I graduated college in 1985. Over the years I have coached all levels of school ball as well as JO volleyball. |
| | I truly believe one "never knows it all" and therefore I never tire of discussion about the game. |
| | I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the game and education in human movement / development with my players. My goal is to challenge them every time they are on the court as well as keep things fun. |
| | I believe my personal playing experience, previous coaching experience, and the fact of being a parent helps me in keeping things in a realistic perspective. |
| | My greatest satisfaction in coaching is watching my players improve through out the season. If they have learned more about the game, how to compete, and improved on skills I feel we have succeeded. |

| Playing Bio: |
| | I played division 1 volleyball in college for four years at Drake University. I also played basketball one year and our team made it to the NCAA elite 8. It was pretty exciting and fun! |
| | I played volleyball after college on various local and non-local teams at the USA adult Nationals tournament. I have been coached by and worked with some phenominal top level coaches in the country. |
| | I recently have had to take a break from playing because I tore my rotator cuff playing in an alumni volleyball match. I had surgery 12/26/08 and have strict orders to take it easy for a few months. |
| | Volleyball is a great lifetime sport! I can't wait to start my physical therapy and get back out on the court:) By the way, I was a middle. |

| Favorite Volleyball Moment: |
| | My most recent favorite volleyball moment was watching the NCAA semi-final match this past December. It was Nebraska vs Penn State and it was a great match! Wow, those girls are powerful, athletic, poised, competitive, and beautiful women. They made me proud to be a part of this great sport called "VOLLEYBALL". |
