Coaching Bio:
 
  • This is my second season with Northern Lights. Last year I assisted the 13-2's team.
  •  
  • Before coming to Northern Lights, I was the 16's Assistant coach for Club Dakota. I coached with Club Dakota for 3 seasons.
  •  
  • I also have had experience coaching for the High School season. I was the JV head coach and Varsity Assistant coach for Bloomington-Kennedy for the 2006 & 2007 seasons.

  • I began my coaching career as a high school senior where I volunteered to coach a 14's team. I helped with the drills during practice and became 'hooked' determining my future as a coach.

    Playing Bio:
     
  • I was a varsity player for Hamline University (in St. Paul, MN by the State Fair Grounds). I didn't really have a set position and played games as: all-around outside hitter, middle blocker, Right-Side, and defensive specialist. My favorite to play was ou

  • I attended Bloomington-Kennedy where I was a three-year varsity starter. I was a Middle Blocker for two seasons and an Outside Hitter for my senior year.

  • My club playing experience includes playing for Club Dakota for three seasons. For two seasons I was a middle blocker, and one season I was an outside hitter and a setter.
  •  
  • I first put on volleyball shoes when I was an eighth grader. My best friend was going to play volleyball and so to hang out with her I decided to play as well. Little did I know how much fun volleyball could be.

    Education:
     
  • I am currently in my first year of Pharmacy School at the University of Minnesota. It is a four year program and I will graduate in 2012 with my Doctorate of Pharmacy.

  • I graduated in May 2008 from Hamline University with a double major in Biology and Mathematics.
  •  
  • I graduated from Bloomington-Kennedy High School in 2004.

    Personal Bio:
     
  • I am a workaholic. Aside from attending school full-time and coaching I work as a Pharmacy Technician at the Edina Super Target, a school-bus driver, and a facility assistant at the Bloomington Activity Centers.
